Stansted Airport NDB SSD, 26 June 2005.

Coming from London take the M11 to the north. Take exit 8 towards Bishop’s Stortford. At the second roundabout take the A120 (to the west), then right towards Stansted Mountfitchet (B1383.) In the centre of Stansted go right towards the station, there follow signs for Burton End. At Burton End follow the road towards Tye Green. At a point this road runs parallel to the runway. Between the fence and the bushes is a grass strip used by aeroplane spotters. Park just before the road bends to the left away from the runway. Go to the fence and turn left on the grass strip.
