VOR/DME CAN, Caen Carpiquet, 27 september 2011

This beacon is located on a military base in a rolling landscape. A good place to take a picture is difficult to find. Also the roads around this place are very bad because of the agricultural traffic.

However, there was something strange about this VOR. Wim recorded the signal. When converting it into an MP3, he discovered that the Morse code did not match the call of the beacon. Because Wim knows in which order he visited the beacons, he is certain that the signal on this page is the signal from CAN.
