Lyon Satolas Locator LYS, 29 July 2007.

This beacon is located near to the village Diémoz. The navigator brought us trough the village, but we can’t describe this route. Here follows an easier route.
Diémoz is at the crossing of two roads, the D36 and the D518, just south east of Lyon. East of Diémoz the D36 is crossing a railway (TGV.), go east and take the first road to the right going south. At the next junction go right again onto the Rue Des Etangs. Just before the TGV railway there is a narrow road on to a hill. At the top of the hill stand the beacon. (See also map.)
This beacon is not on the GEN 2.5 list of 2024.
