DVOR/DME QPR, Quimper, 7 september 2012

From Wim's travel report:
QPR is near the airport, but not on it. The GPS sends me somewhere to a farm yard with the message to continue walking. So I look for an alternative. I get close, looking at the image of MG and where the car is pointing there. On the umpteenth farm yard I decide to switch on the handheld and a little later I park somewhere on the verge. The handheld says that I am almost at the path to QPR. I walk in that direction and now I see something in the distance through the bushes. Via the path up the hill and voila. It turns out that I could not see this large structure through the trees and bushes around the fields.
The DVOR/DME is located southeast of the airport, in the extension of the runway.
