VOR/DME SAV, Saverne, 9 November 2009

A bit further east from PHG is SAV. That is now in Alsace. The car warns of possible slippery conditions, it is 4ºC or lower.
The route is beautiful in many places, forests in beautiful autumn colours, a pity about the rain.
SAV is a doppler VOR that is also high – but not dry –.
