During Wim's visit to the beacon, the beacon did not work. When inquiring at the flying club, it turned out that there was no known reason for this. It was said that the beacon was checked twice a year.

On June 4, 2011, Wim visited this beacon again. And the beacon was still switched off. Despite the threatening clouds, flying continued.

In 2015 I went to France with Wim. We visited the airport on Sunday June 14 to see if ULT still existed. It was very quiet, well, it really wasn't the weather for flying. It gave us the opportunity to use the parking lot for lunch.
ULT is not on the 2024 GEN 2.5 list.
