VOR/DME VNE, Vienne, 11 August 2009

Wim writes in his travel report:
Day 13. It's time to get a bit closer to the Netherlands. VNE just below Lyon is a good start. So happily on our way. Many 4-lane roads and that helps with the time. At Vienne there is a high hill next to the Rhône, so where will the beacon be? Exactly, on top of it. Opposite pear trees – the pears are almost ripe!
