Lübeck NDB LYE, May 17, 2012.

We continue in the direction of Lübeck. After LUB, we have LYE on the list today. And just like the Mio used to do, the Garmin also guides us nicely through the city to the next beacon. At the end of the runway is this NDB. On the southeast side of the runway you will find this beacon. On the way there we already saw an Etap, after a few kilometers we were there. Then on the hunt for a restaurant. The first one was closed for Ascension Day, but the next one we came across served an excellent meal, much better than the first sight made us suspect. So you see, don't judge a book by its cover.
