This beacon is located near the eastern end of the runway.
We took the A1 – E44 south towards Luxembourg Trier. This road will first pass the west end of the runway. There you will find the beacon LW (Hamm). But we go three more exits further on, the exit to Senningen, on our map exit 10. We enter a roundabout, go three quarters and go over the motorway. Immediately after passing the viaduct we took two right turns. This road will bend slowly to the left en will run parallel to the runway. But most of the time the scrubs and trees will obscure the view of the runway. Just before a bend to the right you will see the beacon on the right hand side of the road.
